Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a pharmacy residency because I ultimately wanted to make an impact on my community. Pharmacists play a significant role as a healthcare professional in the inpatient setting, and it is my goal to ensure that my patients are being cared for with the utmost excellence to promote health and wellbeing for our community! Through a pharmacy residency, I will be able to pursue my interests in the field of pharmacy, while developing the skills necessary to be a valuable clinical pharmacist.

Why did I choose Mease Countryside Hospital at BayCare?
I chose to pursue residency at Mease Countryside Hospital, because it is in the heart of my hometown, where I developed a passion to serve this community. Additionally, as a student on rotations at Mease Countryside, I witnessed first-hand the passion that each pharmacist demonstrated in caring for their patients, in various settings throughout the hospital. I was confident that completing a residency at Mease Countryside would allow me to deepen my clinical knowledge, and to be a resource to my community.
